Administrative Disaster Declaration of a Rural Area for the
Mescalero Apache Tribe
AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is notice of an Administrative disaster declaration of a
rural area for the Mescalero Apache Tribe dated February 23, 2026.
Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding and Landslides.
DATES: Issued on February 23, 2026.
Incident Period: June 23, 2025 through August 5, 2025.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: April 24, 2026.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: November 23,
2026.

apply for a disaster assistance loan.

Administrator's disaster declaration of a rural area applications for
disaster loans may be submitted online using the MySBA Loan Portal
<a href="https://lending.sba.gov">https://lending.sba.gov</a> or in person at locally announced locations.
