AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.
ACTION: Amendment 1.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Administrative declaration of
disaster for the State of California dated February 3, 2026.
Incident: 2026 Early January Storm, Tidal Flooding, and King Tides.
DATES: Issued on February 13, 2026.
Incident Period: December 31, 2025 through January 5, 2026.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: April 6, 2026.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: November 3,
2026.

apply for a disaster assistance loan.

All other information in the original declaration remains
unchanged.
