AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of
Transportation (DOT).

SUMMARY: This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief
from specified requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations. The
purpose of this notice is to improve the public's awareness of, and
participation in, the FAA's exemption process. Neither publication of
this notice nor the inclusion nor omission of information in the
summary is intended to affect the legal status of the petition or its
final disposition.
DATES: Comments on this petition must identify the petition docket
number and must be received on or before March 2, 2026.

Description of Relief Sought: Operation Airdrop, Inc. (Airdrop)
petitions for an exemption from 14 CFR 61.113(a), 61.113(c), and 119.1
to permit volunteer pilots acting as pilot in command of flight
operations facilitated by Airdrop to provide charitable transportation
of relief supplies following natural disasters and to accept and
receive reimbursement from a volunteer pilot organization for fuel
costs and airport fees, pursuant to Sec. 821(a) of the FAA
Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 and Sec. 830(b)(1) of the FAA
Reauthorization Act of 2024.
