Abstract

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC, the Commission) received and is considering approval of an application filed by International Isotopes Fluorine Products (IIFP) on October 1, 2025, as supplemented by letter dated October 1, 2025. The application seeks NRC consent to the direct transfer of control of the materials license SUB- 1011, held by International Isotopes Fluorine Products to Green Salt Products, LLC (GSP). The application contains sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information (SUNSI).
