Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that sales of certain steel nails (nails) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) were made at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Moreover, Commerce is rescinding the review, in part, with respect to certain companies which had no entries of subject merchandise during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
