On November 6, 2025, the Commission issued an order in Docket Nos.
EL26-8-000, EL26-9-000, EL26-10-000, EL26-11-000, EL26-12-000, EL26-13-
000, EL26-14-000, EL26-15-000, EL26-16-000, EL26-17-000, EL26-18-000,
EL26-19-000, EL26-20-000 and EL26-21-000 pursuant to section 206 of the
Federal Power Act (FPA), 16 U.S.C. 824e, instituting an investigation
to determine whether the above-captioned entities' respective Rate
Schedules are unjust, unreasonable, unduly discriminatory or
preferential, or otherwise unlawful. Armstrong Power, LLC, 193 FERC ]
61,108 (2025).
As established in Armstrong Power LLC, the refund effective date in
date in Docket Nos. EL26-8-000, EL26-9-000, EL26-10-000, EL26-11-000,
EL26-12-000, EL26-13-000, EL26-14-000, EL26-15-000, EL26-16-000, EL26-
17-000, EL26-18-000, EL26-19-000, EL26-20-000 and EL26-21-000, pursuant
to section 206(b) of the FPA, is November 6, 2025.
Any interested person desiring to be heard in Docket Nos. EL26-8-
000, EL26-9-000, EL26-10-000, EL26-11-000, EL26-12-000, EL26-13-000,
EL26-14-000, EL26-15-000, EL26-16-000, EL26-17-000, EL26-18-000, EL26-
19-000, EL26-20-000 and EL26-21-000 must file a notice of intervention
or motion to intervene, as appropriate, with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, in accordance with Rule 214 of the Commission's
Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.214 (2025), within 21 days
of the date of issuance of the order.
