AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.
ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Summer Flounder,
Scup, and Black Sea Bass Advisory Panel will hold a public meeting with
the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission's Summer Flounder,
Scup, and Black Sea Bass Advisory Panel.
DATES: The meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from
3:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. For agenda details, see SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management
Council's Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Advisory Panel will
meet with the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission's Summer
Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Advisory Panel via webinar on
Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 3:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. The
purpose of this meeting is for the Advisory Panel to review and
provided feedback on the Monitoring Committee's recommendations for
2026-2027 recreational management measures for summer flounder, scup,
black sea bass. Input provided by the Advisory Panel will be considered
during the December 2025 joint meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Fishery
Management Council and the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries
Commission's Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Management
Board.
The meeting is physically accessible to people with disabilities.
