Presidential Declaration Amendment of a Major Disaster for Public 
Assistance Only for the State of Indiana

AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Amendment 2.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a 
major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Indiana 
(FEMA-4882-DR), dated July 22, 2025.
    Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Straight-line Winds and 
Flooding.

DATES: Issued on August 21, 2025.
    Incident Period: March 30, 2025 through April 9, 2025.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: September 22, 2025.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: April 22, 
2026.

apply for a disaster assistance loan.

    All other information in the original declaration remains 
unchanged.
