ACTION: Final rule; correction.

SUMMARY: The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is correcting
a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register on August 15, 2025.
The document made miscellaneous technical corrections, clarifications,
and improvements to PBGC's regulations, including its regulations on
premium rates, premium due dates, and termination of single-employer
plans.
