AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.
ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Spiny Dogfish
Monitoring Committee will hold a public meeting.
DATES: The meeting will be held on Monday, August 4, 2025, from 3 p.m.-
5 p.m. For agenda details, see SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management
Council's Spiny Dogfish Monitoring Committee will meet via webinar on
Monday, August 4, 2025, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. The purpose of this
meeting is for the Monitoring Committee to develop recommendations
regarding the framework adjustment action to modify spiny dogfish
fishery accountability measures, including catch overage paybacks. More
