Florida Gas Transmission, LLC; Notice of Revised Schedule for
Environmental Review of the South Central Louisiana Project
This notice identifies the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
staff's revised schedule for the completion of the environmental
assessment (EA) for Florida Gas Transmission, LLC's South Central
Louisiana Project.\1\ The first notice of schedule, issued on February
20, 2025, identified July 25, 2025 as the EA issuance date. However,
staff is reliant on an outstanding environmental information response
from the applicant in order to finalize the EA. As a result, staff has
revised the schedule for issuance of the EA.

90-day Federal Authorization Decision Deadline \2\--November 23, 2025

\2\ The Commission's deadline applies to the decisions of other
federal agencies, and state agencies acting under federally
delegated authority, that are responsible for federal
authorizations, permits, and other approvals necessary for proposed
projects under the Natural Gas Act. Per 18 CFR 157.22(a), the
Commission's deadline for other agency's decisions applies unless a
schedule is otherwise established by federal law.
If a schedule change becomes necessary, an additional notice will
be provided so that the relevant agencies are kept informed of the
project's progress.
