ACTION: Amendment 1.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a 
major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Tennessee 
(FEMA-4878-DR), dated June 19, 2025.
    Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Tornadoes, and 
Flooding.

DATES: Issued on July 10, 2025.
    Incident Period: April 2, 2025 through April 24, 2025.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: August 19, 2025.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: March 19, 
2026.

apply for a disaster assistance loan.

declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of 
Tennessee, dated June 19, 2025, is hereby amended to include the 
following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.

Primary Counties: Carroll, Houston, Wayne.

    All other information in the original declaration remains 
unchanged.
