Abstract
The FHWA, on behalf of the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by UDOT and other Federal agencies that are final agency actions. These actions relate to the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) which proposes a new single-point urban interchange on Interstate 15 (I-15) at Center Street, the extension of Center Street west over I-15 to 6400 South, and a new multi-use trail.
