Item I--List of Domestically Nonavailable Articles (FAR Case 2020-009)
This final rule amends the FAR to revise the list of domestically
nonavailable articles under the Buy American statute. The changes are
not expected to have a significant economic impact on a substantial
number of small entities. It is expected that this rule will encourage
small businesses to take an interest in building domestic manufacturing
capabilities and capacity; this would be a positive impact though not a
substantial impact.
