of Kentucky
AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major
disaster for the Commonwealth of Kentucky (FEMA-4864-DR), dated April
24, 2025.
Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Tornadoes, Flooding,
Landslides, and Mudslides.
DATES: Issued on April 24, 2025.

Incident Period: April 2, 2025 and continuing.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: June 23, 2025.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: January 26,
2026.

apply for a disaster assistance loan.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that as a result of
the President's major disaster declaration on April 24, 2025,
applications for disaster loans may be submitted online using the MySBA
Loan Portal <a href="https://lending.sba.gov">https://lending.sba.gov</a> or other locally announced
locations. Please contact the SBA disaster assistance customer service
center by email at <a href="/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#117578627062657463726462657e7c746362746367787274516273703f767e67"><span class="__cf_email__" data-cfemail="e6828f95879592839485939592898b8394958394908f8583a6958487c8818990">[email protected]</span></a> or by phone at 1-

Jessamine, McCracken, Mercer, Owen, Woodford.

Kentucky: Ballard, Bourbon, Boyle, Breckinridge, Bullitt, Caldwell,
Carlisle, Edmonson, Estill, Fayette, Gallatin, Garrard, Grant, Graves,
Grayson, Hart, Henry, Jefferson, Larue, Livingston, Logan, Madison,
Marshall, McLean, Meade, Montgomery, Muhlenberg, Nelson, Ohio, Powell,
Scott, Shelby, Spencer, Todd, Trigg, Trimble, Warren, Washington,
Webster.
Illinois: Massac, Pulaski.
Indiana: Harrison, Jefferson, Switzerland.
Tennessee: Montgomery, Stewart.
