Abstract
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is issuing the preliminary results of the changed circumstances review (CCR) of the antidumping duty order on glycine from the People's Republic of China (China). Commerce preliminarily finds that Salvi Chemical Industries Limited (Salvi) is eligible to participate in an established certification process. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
