ACTION: Notice; withdrawal.

SUMMARY: The United States Department of Agriculture is withdrawing its 
notice of intent to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) for 
the Land Management Plan Direction for Old-Growth Forest Conditions 
Across the National Forest System.
