ACTION: Notice; update briefing agenda; correction.

SUMMARY: The Commission on Civil Rights published a notice in the 
Federal Register on Friday, November 1, 2024, concerning a briefing of 
the New Mexico Advisory Committee. The briefing agenda has since 
changed.
