AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.
ACTION: Amendment 1.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a
major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania (FEMA-4815-DR), dated November 8, 2024.
Incident: Tropical Storm Debby.
DATES: Issued on November 14, 2024.
Incident Period: August 9, 2024 through August 10, 2024.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: January 7, 2025.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: August 8,
2025.

unchanged.
