SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a
major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Louisiana
(FEMA-4817-DR), dated September 23, 2024.
Incident: Hurricane Francine.
DATES: Issued on November 7, 2024.
Incident Period: September 9, through September 12, 2024.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: November 22, 2024.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: June 23,
2025.

apply for a disaster assistance loan.

declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of
Louisiana, dated September 23, 2024, is hereby amended to include the
following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.
Primary Parishes: St. James, St. John The Baptist.
All other information in the original declaration remains
unchanged.
