AGENCY: Bureau of Indian Affairs, Interior.
ACTION: Notice of reservation proclamation.

SUMMARY: This notice informs the public that the Assistant Secretary--
Indian Affairs proclaimed approximately 68.17 acres, more or less, an
addition to the reservation of the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This notice is published in the exercise of
authority delegated by the Secretary of the Interior to the Assistant
Secretary--Indian Affairs by part 209 of the Departmental Manual.
A proclamation was issued according to the Act of June 18, 1934 (48
Stat. 984; 25 U.S.C. 5110) for the lands described below. The land was
proclaimed to be the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe Reservation for Snoqualmie
Indian Tribe in King County Washington.

Beginning at a point on the South line of the Northwest quarter of
section 31, Township 24 North, Range 8 east, W.M., 1741.29 feet South
88[deg]51'11'' West of the Southeast corner of the Northwest corner of
said Section 31;
Thence North 3[deg]02'25'' West 627.28 feet of the South line of a
60 foot street;
Thence South 86[deg]57'35'' West along said street 330.0 feet;
Thence South 3[deg]02'25'' East 616.36 feet to the South line of
said Northwest quarter of said Section 31;
Thence North 88[deg]51'11'' East along said South line of said
Northwest quarter of said Section 31, 330.18 feet to the Point of

way, and easements of record.
This proclamation does not affect title to the lands described
above, nor does it affect any valid existing easements for public
roads, highways, public utilities, railroads and pipelines, or any
other valid easements or rights-of-way or reservations of record.
