Abstract

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering issuance of amendment to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-59, issued to Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (Constellation, the licensee), for operation of the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. The amendment would temporarily revise the technical specifications (TS) for plant startup with the rod worth minimizer (RWM) system inoperable. This allowance would expire December 31, 2024.
