The EPA is extending the comment period. DATES: The comment period for the document published on August 29, 2024, at 89 FR 70177, is extended. Comments must be received on or before November 27, 2024. The public comment for this RFI was scheduled to end on October 28, 2024. In response to multiple extension requests received to date, the EPA is extending that deadline to [[Page 77511]] November 27, 2024.
