AGENCY: Coast Guard, DHS).
ACTION: Final rule; correcting amendment.

SUMMARY: The Coast Guard published a document in the Federal Register
on July 19, 2024, revising its existing regulations by updating the
table for existing events in the Seventh Coast Guard District Captain
of the Port (COTP) Key West. The document contained an incorrect
footnote reference.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The document published on July 19, 2024, at
FR doc. 2024-15552, contained an error in the regulatory text set out
in instruction 2, revising section (b), in table 1 to 33 CFR 100.701.
In section (b), in table 1 Sec. 100.701, line number 4, column number
4, there is a footnote 1; however, there is no text for footnote 1.
Reference to footnote 1 will be removed from the regulatory text.
