Power House Systems, Inc., Power House Systems, LLC; Notice of
Application of Transfer of License and Substitution of Applicant, and
Soliciting Comments, Motions To Intervene, and Protests
On June 7, 2024, Power House Systems, Inc (transferor) and Power
House Systems, LLC (transferee) filed an application for a transfer of
license of the 540-kilowatt Weston Dam Hydroelectric Project No. 7883.
The project is located on the Upper Ammonoosuc River in Co[ouml]s
County, New Hampshire and does not occupy Federal land.
Pursuant to 16 U.S.C. 801, the applicants seek Commission approval
to transfer the license for the project from Power House Systems, Inc.
to Power House Systems, LLC. The transferee will be required by the
Commission to comply with all the requirements of the license as though
it were the original licensee. The applicants also propose to
substitute Power House Systems, Inc. with Power House Systems, LLC as
the applicant for the license application filed on October 2, 2023.
