    1. Lear Corporation Pine Grove--Penn Dye and Finishing Plant, 
General Permit Approval of Coverage No. GP-01-20240606, Pine Grove 
Borough, Schuylkill County, Pa.; groundwater remediation system 
withdrawal approved up to 0.297 mgd (30-day average); Approval Date: 
June 13, 2024.
    Authority: Public Law 91-575, 84 Stat. 1509 et seq., 18 CFR parts 
806 and 808.
