The Assembly of the Administrative Conference of the United States adopted four recommendations at its hybrid (virtual and in- person) Eighty-first Plenary Session: Choice of Forum for Judicial Review of Agency Rules, Individualized Guidance, Senate-Confirmed Officials and Administrative Adjudication, and Managing Congressional Constituent Service Inquiries.
