AGENCY: Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration
(GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the
Regulatory Secretariat Division has submitted to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an
extension of a previously approved information collection requirement
regarding construction wage rate requirements--price adjustment (Actual
Method).
DATES: Submit comments on or before July 24, 2024.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

9000-0154, Construction Wage Rate Requirements--Price Adjustment
(Actual Method).
B. Need and Uses
This clearance covers the information that contractors must submit
to comply with the following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
requirement:
FAR 52.222-32, Construction Wage Rate Requirements-Price Adjustment
(Actual Method). This clause requires contractors to submit at the
exercise of each option to extend the term of the contract, a statement
of the amount claimed for incorporation of the most current Department
of Labor wage determination, and any relevant

supporting data, including payroll records, that the contracting
officer may reasonably require.
Contracting officers use the information to establish the
contract's construction requirements price adjustment to reflect the
contractor's actual increase or decrease in wages and fringe benefits.

Respondents: 405.
Total Annual Responses: 405.
Total Burden Hours: 16,200.
D. Public Comment
A 60-day notice was published in the Federal Register at 89 FR
26149, on April 15, 2024. No comments were received.
