AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major
disaster for the State of Massachusetts (FEMA-4780-DR), dated 05/15/
2024.
Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
Incident Period: 09/11/2023 through 09/13/2023.
DATES: Issued on 05/15/2024.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/15/2024.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/18/2025.

apply for a disaster assistance loan.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that as a result of
the President's major disaster declaration on 05/15/2024, applications
for disaster loans may be submitted online using the MySBA Loan Portal
<a href="https://lending.sba.gov">https://lending.sba.gov</a> or other locally announced locations. Please
contact the SBA disaster assistance customer service center by email at

by the disaster:

Worcester.

Massachusetts: Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, Middlesex, Norfolk,
Plymouth.
Connecticut: Windham, Tolland.
New Hampshire: Hillsborough, Cheshire.
Rhode Island: Bristol, Newport, Providence.
