MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:  The Commission will consider and act upon 
the following in open session: Crimson Oak Grove Resources, LLC, Docket 
Nos. SE 2021-0112, et al. (Issues include whether the Judge erred in 
denying motions to settle based on his conclusion that the Secretary of 
Labor had failed to provide sufficient information to support the 
vacating of citations.)
    Any person attending this meeting who requires special

interpreters, must inform the Commission in advance of those needs.
