Withdrawal of a Proposed Rule Change To Modify the NYSE Arca Options
Fee Schedule
May 1, 2024.
On February 29, 2024, NYSE Arca, Inc. (``NYSE Arca'' or the
``Exchange'') filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the
``Commission''), pursuant to section 19(b)(1) of the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934 (the ``Act'') \1\ and Rule 19b-4 thereunder,\2\ a
proposed rule change (File No. SR-NYSEARCA-2024-23) to establish fees
relating to OTPs utilized by Floor Market Makers.\3\ The proposed rule
change was immediately effective upon filing with the Commission
pursuant to section 19(b)(3)(A) of the Act.\4\ The proposed rule change
was published for comment in the Federal Register on March 19, 2024.\5\
On April 26, 2024, the Exchange withdrew the proposed rule change (SR-
NYSEARCA-2024-23).
