Abstract

On April 19, 2024, the Department of Commerce published notice in the Federal Register of a negative final determination of sales at less than fair value (LTFV) in connection with the subject investigation concerning India. Accordingly, the antidumping duty investigation concerning boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for sale from India (Investigation No. 731-TA-1607 (Final)) is terminated.

Termination of Investigation

AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: On April 19, 2024, the Department of Commerce published notice 
in the Federal Register of a negative final determination of sales at 
less than fair value (LTFV) in connection with the subject 
investigation concerning India. Accordingly, the antidumping duty 
investigation concerning boltless steel shelving units prepackaged for 
sale from India (Investigation No. 731-TA-1607 (Final)) is terminated.
