AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Amendment 1.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a 
major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Maine (FEMA-
4754-DR), dated 01/30/2024.
    Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
    Incident Period: 12/17/2023 through 12/21/2023.

DATES: Issued on 02/28/2024.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/01/2024.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/30/2024.

apply for a disaster assistance loan.

    All other information in the original declaration remains 
unchanged.
