Abstract

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering an application for the renewal of Facility Operating License No. NPF-62, which authorizes Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG, the applicant) to operate Clinton Power Station, Unit 1 (CPS). The renewed license would authorize the applicant to operate CPS for an additional 20 years beyond the period specified in the current license. The current operating license for CPS expires on April 17, 2027.
