AGENCY: Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness 
(USD(P&R)), Department of Defense (DoD).

ACTION: Notice of Federal Advisory Committee meeting.

SUMMARY: The DoD is publishing this notice to announce that the 
following Federal Advisory Committee meeting of the Defense Advisory 
Committee for the Prevention of Sexual Misconduct (DAC-PSM) will take 
place.

DATES: DAC-PSM will hold a meeting open to the public on Wednesday, 
April 10, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (EST).

ADDRESSES: The meeting may be accessed by videoconference. Information 
for accessing the videoconference will be provided after registering. 
(Pre-meeting registration is required. See guidance in SUPPLEMENTARY 
INFORMATION, ``Meeting Accessibility''.)

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Due to circumstances beyond the control of 
the Designated Federal Officer and the Department of Defense, the 
Defense Advisory Committee for the Prevention of Sexual Misconduct was 
unable to provide public notification required by 41 CFR 102-3.150(a) 
concerning its April 10, 2024 meeting. Accordingly, the Advisory 
Committee Management Officer for the Department of Defense, pursuant to 
41 CFR 102-3.150(b), waives the 15-calendar day notification 
requirement.
    This meeting is being held under the provisions of chapter 10 of 
title 5 United States Code (U.S.C.) (commonly known as the ``Federal 
Advisory Committee Act'' or ``FACA''), 5 U.S.C. 552b (commonly known as 
the ``Government in the Sunshine Act''), and 41 Code of Federal 
Regulations (CFR) 102-3.140 and 102-3.150.
    Availability of Materials for the Meeting: Additional information, 
including the agenda or any updates to the agenda, is available on the 
DAC-PSM website (<a href="http://www.sapr.mil/DAC-PSM">www.sapr.mil/DAC-PSM</a>). Materials presented in the 
meeting may also be obtained on the DAC-PSM website.
    Purpose of the Meeting: The purpose of the meeting is for the DAC-
PSM to receive briefings and have discussions on topics related to the 
prevention of sexual misconduct within the Armed Forces of the United 
States.
    Agenda: Wednesday, April 10, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern 
Standard Time (EST)--9:00 a.m. Meeting Open (Roll Call and Opening 
Remarks); 9:15 a.m. Brief: Office of People Analytics on Measurement of 
Risk and Protective Factors for Harmful Behaviors; 10:45 a.m. Brief: 
DoD Violence Prevention Cell on Prevention Research Agenda; 12:45 p.m. 
Panel: Service Representatives on Professional Military Education 
Instructor Preparation.
    Meeting Accessibility: Pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552b and 41 CFR 102-
3.140 through 102-3.165, this meeting is open to the public from 9:00 
a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST on April 10, 2024. The meeting will be held by 
videoconference. All members of the public who wish to attend must

    Special Accommodations: Individuals requiring special

DAC-PSM. Individuals submitting a statement must submit their statement 
no later than 5 p.m. EST, Friday, April 5, 2024 to Dr. Suzanne

during the April 10, 2024, meeting. The DFO will review all timely 
submissions with the DAC-PSM Chair and ensure such submissions are 
provided to the members of the DAC-PSM before the meeting. Any comments 
received by the DAC-PSM will be posted on the DAC-PSM website 
(<a href="http://www.sapr.mil/DAC-PSM">www.sapr.mil/DAC-PSM</a>).
