SUMMARY: This notice lists Grandfathering Registration for projects by 
the Susquehanna River Basin Commission during the period set forth in 
DATES.

DATES: January 1-31, 2024.

projects described below, pursuant to 18 CFR part 806.17(c)(4), for the 
time period specified above:
    1. Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc.--York Plant, General Permit 
Approval of Coverage No. GP-01-20240101, Springettsbury Township, York 
County, Pa.; groundwater remediation system withdrawal approved up to 
0.576 mgd (30-day average); Approval Date: January 23, 2024.
    Authority: Public Law 91-575, 84 Stat. 1509 et seq., 18 CFR parts 
806 and 808.
