AGENCY: Small Business Administration.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major
disaster for the State of West Virginia (FEMA-4756-DR), dated 01/30/
2024.
Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.
Incident Period: 08/28/2023 through 08/30/2023.
DATES: Issued on 01/30/2024.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/01/2024.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/30/2024.

apply for a disaster assistance loan.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that as a result of
the President's major disaster declaration on 01/30/2024, applications
for disaster loans may be submitted online using the MySBA Loan Portal
<a href="https://lending.sba.gov">https://lending.sba.gov</a> or other locally announced locations. Please
contact the SBA disaster assistance customer service

Jackson, Lewis, Lincoln, Logan, Marion, Nicholas, Putnam, Raleigh,
Ritchie, Roane, Taylor, Upshur, Wetzel, Wirt, Wyoming.
