Abstract
The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC" or "Commission") is amending its rules pursuant to the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Act ("Act") regarding the Commission's procedures for its oversight of the annual budget of the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority ("Authority"). The amendments to the Authority's budget oversight rules will streamline and improve the process for approving or disapproving the Authority's annual budget.
