AGENCY: Office of Community Planning and Development, HUD.
ACTION: Notice of a rescindment of a system of records.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is
issuing a public notice of its intent to rescind Integrated
Disbursement Information System (IDIS). During a routine review of the
Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) system of records
notices, it was determined that this system does not retrieve
information by name or another unique identifier.
DATES: Comments will be accepted on or before February 7, 2024. This
proposed action will be effective immediately upon publication.

System does not require a SORN given that information collected on U.S.
residents is not retrieved by name or another unique identifier, but by
grantee organization name.''
