Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that that certain paper shopping bags (paper bags) from Taiwan are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
