SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency declaration for
the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (FEMA-3602-EM), dated
October 8, 2023, and related determinations.
DATES: This amendment was issued October 30, 2023.

period for this emergency is closed effective October 16, 2023.
