Assistance Only for the State of Kansas

AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major 
disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Kansas (FEMA-4747-
DR), dated 10/26/2023.
    Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Tornadoes, and 
Flooding.
    Incident Period: 07/14/2023 through 07/21/2023.

DATES: Issued on 10/26/2023.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/26/2023.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/26/2024.

apply for a disaster assistance loan.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that as a result of 
the President's major disaster declaration on 10/26/2023, disaster loan 
applications for Private Non-Profit organizations that provide 
essential services of a governmental nature may be submitted online 
using the MySBA Loan Portal <a href="https://lending.sba.gov">https://lending.sba.gov</a> or other locally 
announced locations. Please contact the SBA disaster assistance 
customer service center by email at <a href="/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#dbbfb2a8baa8afbea9b8aea8afb4b6bea9a8bea9adb2b8be9ba8b9baf5bcb4ad"><span class="__cf_email__" data-cfemail="ddb9b4aebcaea9b8afbea8aea9b2b0b8afaeb8afabb4beb89daebfbcf3bab2ab">[email&#160;protected]</span></a> or 
by phone at 1-800-659-2955 for further assistance.
    The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected 
by the disaster:

Ford, Greeley, Johnson, Kearny, Pawnee, Rawlins, Rice, Russell, 
Stafford, Thomas, Wallace, Wichita, Woodson, Wyandotte
