AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.
ACTION: Notice of public hybrid meeting (in-person/virtual).

SUMMARY: The Caribbean Fishery Management Council (CFMC) will hold the
183rd public hybrid meeting to address the items contained in the
tentative agenda included in the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.

DATES: The 183rd CFMC public hybrid meeting will be held on December 5,
2023, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A closed session will be held from 4:45
p.m. to 5:30 p.m., to discuss personnel matters, and on December 6,
2023, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., AST.
