As part of the Commission's systematic review of all FTC rules and guides, the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC" or "Commission") seeks public comment on the overall costs, benefits, necessity, and regulatory and economic impact of its Labeling Requirements for Alternative Fuels and Alternative Fueled Vehicles ("Alternative Fuels Rule" or "Rule").
