AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.
ACTION: Amendment 8.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a
major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of California
(FEMA-4699-DR), dated 04/03/2023.
Incident: Severe Winter Storms, Straight-line Winds, Flooding,
Landslides, and Mudslides.
Incident Period: 02/21/2023 through 07/10/2023.
DATES: Issued on 09/01/2023.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: Filing Period for San
Mateo County ends 10/31/2023.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: Filing
Period for San Mateo County ends 06/03/2024.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of the President's major disaster
declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of
California, dated 04/03/2023, is hereby amended to include San Mateo
County. Please contact the SBA disaster assistance customer service
