General description of collection: This family of surveys is
currently comprised of the (1) Compensation and Salary Survey (FR 29a)

the surveys primarily are used to determine the appropriate salary
structure and salary adjustments for Board employees.
Frequency: Event generated.
Respondents: Employers considered competitors for Board employees.
Total estimated number of respondents: 10.
Total estimated change in burden: (210).
Total estimated annual burden hours: 50.\1\

Current actions: On May 15, 2023, the Board published a notice in
the Federal Register (88 FR 30973) requesting public comment for 60
days on the extension, with revision, of the FR 29. The Board proposed
to revise the FR 29 to no longer include the FR 29a, as it was
determined not to be subject to the PRA. The comment period for this
notice expired on July 14, 2023. The Board did not receive any
comments. The revisions will be implemented as proposed.
