ACTION: Notice; public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Spiny Dogfish
Advisory Panel will hold a public meeting. See SUPPLEMENTARY
INFORMATION for agenda details.
DATES: The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, from
5 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The purpose of the meeting is for the
Advisory Panel to create a Fishery Performance Report that includes
advisor input on recent spiny dogfish catch, specifications, and
related management measures.
