Abstract
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC" or "Commission") is issuing a final rule revising its Federal sector complaint processing regulations to allow for the digital transmission of equal employment opportunity hearing and appellate documents and to address various uses of the Commission's Electronic Public Portal.
