SUMMARY: This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief
from specified requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations. The
purpose of this notice is to improve the public's awareness of, and
participation in, the FAA's exemption process. Neither publication of
this notice nor the inclusion nor omission of information in the
summary is intended to affect the legal status of the petition or its
final disposition.

number and must be received on or before August 2, 2023.

Description of Relief Sought: Executive Jet Management, Inc.
(EJM) has requested an exemption from 14 CFR 135.337(a)(1),
135.337(b)(1), 135.337(b)(2), 135.339(e)(3), and 135.339(e)(4) to
the extent necessary to permit authorized Company Check Pilots to
conduct Section 135.299 Pilot in Command Line Checks from any EJM
aircraft's observation seat station.
