Abstract

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to offer seventeen (17) parcels of public land totaling 895.155 acres in the Las Vegas Valley (Valley) by modified competitive sale at no less than each parcel's Fair Market Value (FMV) pursuant to the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA), as amended. The sale will be processed in conformance with applicable provisions of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA) and BLM regulations. The BLM is also notifying the public of the partial termination of the segregative effect of the Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) Act classification affecting one sale parcel, N-97342, resulting from the partial relinquishment of 1.25 acres of the R&PP Act lease under N- 75562-01, in Clark County, Nevada.
